Thèmes :

Régulation de la Prolifération et de la Différenciation des Cellules Humaines, par l’étude de 3 systèmes moléculaires et cellulaires.

  • Thème 1 : Identification et analyse des voies de transduction des signaux spécifiquement recrutées au cours de l’activation, à la surface cellulaire, du récepteur pour le Virus d’Epstein-Barr (EBV, virus transformant) et pour le facteur de croissance C3d (gp140, CR2, CD21, EBV/C3dR,), dans les lymphomes B humains.

  • Thème 2 : Analyse du rôle de RB18A, un cofacteur de transcription qui régule les fonctions de l’oncoprotéine p53 et le pouvoir tumorigène des Mélanomes Humains.

  • Thème 3 : Role de la sécrétion de la procathepsine L dans le pouvoir Tumorigène et Métastatique de Mélanomes Humains. Mise au point d’une nouvelle thérapie Génique.

 Equipe 1 : Lymphome et Signalisation Cellulaire.
